Mischa Barton who was born in Hammersmith England United Kingdom on the 24th of January, 1986 is one of the most well-known and rich TV Actresses. The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. She appeared also on screen in The Sixth Sense, a suspense film. The O.C. The actress starred on a television show which was extremely well-known. Alongside her role, she starred in The cult TV series The O.C. with Benjamin McKenzie who played her love interest. Ben McKenzie was her interest. Barton first made an appearance on TV in 1994 as a young Corvina Lang in flashbacks in the soap opera All My Children. Barton returned in 1996 in the place of Michelle Trachtenberg as Lily Benton Montgomery. Katie Singer guest-starred as Jessie Sammler, Evan Rachel Wood's girlfriend in the eight episodes in the series Once and Again. In 2001, Barton made her debut on film in Lost and Delirious, an independent Canadian production inspired by Susan Swan's novels The Wives of Bath. In 1996, Comaneci was a member of the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame as well as in 1999 was honored with a special award from ABC News and Ladies Home Journal for being named one of 100 of the Most Important Women in the 20th Century. In April 1996 Comaneci got married to American Olympic Champion Bart Conner and they share a son Dylan Paul. They own a variety of gymnastics-related businesses, including their own Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy. Comaneci works with a range of charities such as Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association (SIMD) as well as Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. Decades later, Comaneci continues to be a supporter of numerous other charities in her home country of Romania. These include the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital.
