Allison Stokke and Alyce Caron

Allison Stokke has been a pole vaulter for more than 20 years. She was born on the 22nd March 1989, in Newport Beach California. An image of her at a 17-year-old track meet went viral in 2007 and led her to become a pole vaulter. Instagram and Twitter have become her biggest social media sites. Stokke has built a huge social following on Instagram and Twitter. Los Angeles Times reported, among others it claimed that Stokke never sought out such the attention. The authors stated that their sporting achievements were discredited by the fetishization and sexualization that was done to their image. The authors further stated that social media can be insensitive. Many others made parallels to Brandi Chastain's celebration of being the winner of 1999's FIFA World Cup Women's Final in her sports bra. Women's athletic achievements were masked by the discussion of their appearance. Stokke was photographed at New York by a Californian reporter for an online track and events website at the beginning of 2007. With Leather sports blog, with an extensive male following posted the photo in May. It was entitled Pole Vaulting is Almost Legal and also commented on Stokke's sexiness. Matt Ufford had threatened to pursue the photographer over not removal of the picture. However, the news story had popular and been receiving a lot of media attention. A memorial website for Stokke quickly appeared with photos of her in the pole vault, and, after these images spread via social media internet fan forums, they gained hundreds of followers. Alyce Caron..............Alyce Caron was born in Houston in the United States in February 1957. She was determined to finish her Florida High School. When she graduated in 1974, she decided to change her life in her approach to the work experience. Alyce's proud of being the sibling of a university professor. Her family is supportive of her sister, who works as a professor at a university. Alyce resides in Texas together with her parents who are both employed by the U.S. Army. The family had a celebration for their father's 92nd Birthday three years earlier. Alyce posted a photo of her stunning daughter on Facebook to honor her father's contribution to the U.S. Army. She also encourages her daughter to focus on education. The daughter she has enrolled in received the National Merit Scholarship from the University and will celebrate her 22nd Birthday in 2022.
