Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast considered one the sport's most outstanding athletes. She was the first female gymnast from America ever to win four gold medals during a single Games. At Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to win consecutive World All-Around titles. Biles was raised in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. She and her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was interested in gymnastics at age six during a day-care field trip in Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for 11 years under the direction of her trainer Aimee Boorman. Biles was awarded the gold and bronze medals in the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in vault and floor exercise before making her debut in 2011 with the elite section of competition. She dominated her sport less than two year later. Biles stood out by her consistent performance, her enthusiasm and level of difficulty that she included in each event--vault, uneven bars as well as balance beams and ground exercises.
